F1 derived monocoque chassis.

Like a Formula 1 car the Mach One uses a load bearing carbon fibre tub bolted directly to the suspension, saving weight and enabling tight packaging.

Hollow carbon fiber composite deck.

Two carbon fiber composite parts laminated with a urethane edge form the Mach One’s hollow 10” wide deck weighing in at just 1kg.

Swappable deck system.

The Mach One’s deck is a top cover that’s easily removed with eight screws, allowing easy access to internals. Upgrade your deck when newer models & graphics become available, or have custom setups you can swap out in an instant.

Single pivot suspension swing arms.

Suspension usually means heavy, fragile and complicated, with many moving parts. We developed a system with just one moving part coupled by two urethane bushings that serve as both spring and damper.

Like the rear suspension of a motorcycle the Mach One utilises a single swing arm for each truck. Moving in the vertical axis but fixed in yaw and roll, steering is unaffected and very direct.

It's the first swing arm suspension system on an electric skateboard.

An experience like no other.

A rigid deck cushioned by suspension rides like nothing else. Concave and drop locks you in place, suspension soaks up vibration keeping you glued to the road. Immense torsional stiffness provides incredible stability and confidence at any speed.

Easily adjustable.

It's as easy to adjust as your truck bushings. A simple skate T-tool is all that’s needed to make quick pre-load adjustments to both suspension and steering bushings.

Better Handling.

The RTS system independently controls each motor to steer the rear truck the same way oars steer a kayak by pushing or pulling. Essentially power steering, this leads to increased responsiveness and agility.

Increased traction.

By providing more power/braking to the wheel with most of the weight over it in a turn, RTS increases traction allowing you to power out of corners earlier.

RTS comes with a multitude of settings and riding modes that can be adjusted on the fly using the Mach One app. Change the way your board handles with the tap of a button.

Advanced trucks.

Built upon modern downhill skate technology and developed over six radically innovative truck designs, the R6 are hard to beat.

Split angle geometry.

A rear steer of 30 degrees makes the R6 super stable, while twice as much steering comes from the 60 degree front which is the lightest side of the board. Coupled with narrow 237mm hangars this makes for ultra-responsive handling, making the board feel like an extension of your body.

Offset bushings.

A unique offset bushing system with two kingpins provides significantly improved stability and feel throughout a corner. Combined with Riptide bushings it’s a big part of what makes R6 trucks feel rock solid at speed.

High tolerances.

Custom pivot tubes, super rigid 11mm hardened kingpins, anti-slop set screws, precision bushing washers and tightly machined tolerances throughout – we went above and beyond to achieve the ultimate precision feel.

Airless rubber wheels.

Rubber compound in urethane format, the Radium SR125 wheels provide direct handling with great road feedback yet absorb impacts and keep you glued to the ground in all conditions.

Thanks to a big supportive core and refined lip profile they turn tighter and provide more high-speed stability than any other eskate wheel.

Polyurethane drive belts.

We were sick of breaking belts, so we tried everything to avoid the compromises of a gear drive.

Urethane belts were the answer.

More direct throttle response, significantly higher abrasion resistance and unbreakable steel cords make these the toughest eskate belts.

Motors developed for the Mach One.

After hundreds of hours of R&D, these are the most durable eskate motors, period.

Operating at 150A each and propelling the Mach One to 30mph in under three seconds, they boast impressive power density but run efficient and cool thanks to a built-in centrifugal fan.

The majority of our design efforts were on durability, with quad NMB bearings, 2.5mm thick steel cans and highly refined construction the Radium 6485 motors outlast everything else.

Compact fast charging.

Rider further without range anxiety.

The Radium charger weighs just 1kg and easily fits in a small backpack.

Using resonant LLC technology this tiny charger puts out an impressive 12 Amps, charging the Mach One to 90% in under 2 hours.
