The Radium Idler Pulley is a fully custom system designed for Radium Motor mounts. Compared to the more common approach of stacking 2 or 3 large steel bearings which act as the roller, our system uses two small metal shielded bearings for ultra low rolling resistance and hard anodised 7075-T6 aluminium idlers for improved cooling and long lifespan. We also made precision bearing spacers which allow you to fully tighten the M6 bolt against your motor mount, meaning your idlers will stay straight and not bend under load. 

Tensioners improve belt tooth engagement to help prevent a phenomenon known as "ratcheting" which is when a belt starts jumping teeth.

Typically increases required belt length by 5mm.
