Radium Warranty Policy.

We proudly stand behind the quality of all our products. All Radium Performance, products including the Mach One electric skateboard, parts, accessories, and merchandise, are covered under the following warranty terms.

MACH ONE ELECTRIC SKATEBOARD
Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, and damage caused by accidents. See the full Mach One Warranty Policy here.

PARTS & ACCESSORIES
Covered for 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Excludes normal wear, improper installation, and misuse.

MERCHANDISE
Covered for 30 days from the date of purchase. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Excludes normal wear and tear, improper care, and damage from accidents.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs for Mach Ones both to and from service centres will be the responsibility of the customer. Other products will be shipped at our cost on a claim-by-claim basis.

WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESS
To file a claim, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

EXCULSIONS
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or products purchased from unauthorised retailers.
