How We Handle Returns and Refunds.

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we have a straightforward refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.


RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
You may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

CONDITION
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it.

REFUNDS CANCELLATION
Transaction fees will not be included in refunds for change of mind.

PROCESS
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our criteria.

ISSUANCE
If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

TIMELINE
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

PRE ORDER PRODUCTS REFUND
For pre-order products, 25% of the refund amount will be withheld to cover production costs. This is necessary due to the commitment of resources and expenses incurred during the production phase.

SHIPPING COSTS RESPONSIBILITY
The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Shipping costs will only be refunded under warranty claims.

EXCEPTIONS NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any used or damaged products.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Any products that have been customized or modified in any way are not eligible for return or refund.

PARTS AND ACCESSORIES NON REFUNDABLE
Parts and accessories are non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective part or accessory, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
