Returns

Refunds

Pre-Order Products
Refund Policy. For pre-order products, 25% of the refund amount will be withheld to cover production costs. This is necessary due to the commitment of resources and expenses incurred during the production phase.

Shipping Costs
Responsibility. The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Claims. Shipping costs will only be refunded under warranty claims.

Exceptions
Non-Returnable Items. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any used or damaged products.
Customized Items. Any products that have been customized or modified in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
