Returns

Refunds

  • Issuance. If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Timeline. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Pre-Order Products

  • Refund Policy. For pre-order products, 25% of the refund amount will be withheld to cover production costs. This is necessary due to the commitment of resources and expenses incurred during the production phase.

Shipping Costs

  • Responsibility. The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any used or damaged products.
  • Customized Items. Any products that have been customized or modified in any way are not eligible for return or refund.

Parts and Accessories

  • Non-Refundable. Parts and accessories are non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
