Mach One Warranty Policy

The Mach One Electric Skateboard is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

What’s Covered

  • Electronics: ESC, remote, BMS, anti-spark switch, charger
  • Battery: Manufacturing defects, voltage issues, and charging faults
  • Motors & Drive Components: Manufacturing defects or functional failure not caused by impact or wear
  • Deck & Enclosure: Structural failure (not cosmetic damage)
  • Suspension & Trucks: Manufacturing faults, cracks, or defects under normal riding use

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (grip tape, bearings, bushings, wheels, etc.)
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications
  • Water damage (Mach One is weather-resistant, not waterproof)
  • Use outside intended purpose (racing, commercial, off-road where not designed)
  • Damage caused by incorrect maintenance, disassembly, or third-party repairs

Claims Process

  1. Email contact@radium-performance.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or video.
  2. We may request the return of the affected part for inspection.
  3. If approved, we’ll repair or replace the faulty component at our discretion. Replacement parts may be refurbished.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover shipping costs for warranty claims. The warranty period does not extend beyond the original 12-month term, regardless of any repairs or replacements.

Legal

All warranty decisions are at the sole discretion of Radium Performance. This policy does not override any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
