We found it, fixed it, and got it to every rider. An electro static discharge (ESD) issue affecting Mach Ones has been fully resolved with an added hardware protection system.
ESD Protection Kits have been mailed to all owners who are installing them now. The kit is a quick, sub-hour job that allows the Mach One to be enjoyed to its full potential.
Every Mach One leaving the factory is now retrofitted with the ESD Kit.
We strongly recommend installing your kit even if you’ve never experienced a single ESD incident. The instructions have recently been updated and if you need help installing your kit, reach out to us at contact@radium-performance.com
