Mach One December Production Update!

Mach One December Production Update!

Here’s the latest on the Mach One production run. Things are moving forward, and the board is coming together even better than expected. Assembly has already begun!

CNC-Milled Aluminium Parts: Done and Looking Sharp

All the CNC-milled aluminium components are complete, and they’ve turned out amazing. We went with a sandblasted finish to clean up tooling marks, and the black anodising looks perfect. These parts don’t just perform – they’ve got the looks to match.

Hangars: Built to Take a Beating

The hangars are now made from 7075-T6 alloy. It’s the kind of material used in aerospace for a reason – lightweight strength. These hangars can handle a metric ton of load, so they’re more than ready for whatever punishment our riders throw at them.

Axles: Tougher Where It Counts

We’ve upgraded to 10mm diameter 17-4 stainless steel axles. This stuff is built for toughness and can take anything any wheels will dish out on all kinds of terrain. They’re designed to keep things smooth, no matter where you’re riding.

January Shipping: Still On Track

Assembly is underway, and everything’s on schedule. We’re set to start shipping in January, right on time.

That’s the latest for now. Stay tuned for more updates as the Mach One gets closer to hitting the streets.
